Pros
SAFE is a great company to work for. They have awesome benefits like free vision and health care plus more, incentives are based on your performance, also get up to a 5% max yearly bonus of your gross wages based on the credit union performance overall. SAFE is also full of some amazing co-workers and staff, job security for hard worker, no one makes you feel stupid and everyone is your family plus they have amazing banking products that employees get to benefit from first hand.
Cons
Education and degrees are very important to upper management for supervisor positions, you will need more then just work related experience. You have to be committed to working late at least 2 nights to make sales calls (not cold calls like Banks though, its different plus they provide training for these call nights).
