Pros
* Great benefits and an even greater team * A mission and vision that is consistent and believed in at every level because it's actually authentic * Interesting, unique challenges/solving for what has never done before and a team to support you in forging those paths * Work/Life balance and management who cares and watches to make sure you're not working more than 40 or so hours a week, and is insistent on reassigning/taking things off your plate if that's not happening * Did I mention the incredible team? * Work with interesting clients, along side great people, for a great company that continually finds new ways to invest in their employees
Cons
The only downside was eliminated today. 90% of the time, I love working remote and embracing a digital nomad life. Occasionally though, when i'm not abroad, I love to work around other people. Today they announced WeWork universal passes. So best of both worlds, the flexibility to gain new perspectives working around the world, to work from home, or to work in an office.
