Pros
Rather than many traditional consulting companies, SADA is focused on the UX and quality of the products we develop. Instead of focusing on sales, or the "next big thing" (that is traditionally left to the engineers to figure out), SADA ensures that sales and engineering are closely aligned.
Cons
As with any growing company, quality and implementation may be prioritized over process. SADA needs to work o n developing a repeatable processes that can be carried over from customer to customer.
