Cons
My views are applicable for Technical and Manager post only. 1. They hire you project specific requirement and hide actual facts about how long this project will go. (Mostly it finished in 3 to 6 months only) and once project will over they put you on bench, and on bench you will get only basic salary and not full salary (Please check your offer letter first.). This will applicable once your billing will stop. 2. They will keep you telling that, we are looking for another project and after 1 month you will be kicked out. 3. Once you hired, they expect that you will handle client your own, do all required software, hardware installation your own, work with client without any issue. No IT admin team can help you regarding technical details. If client escalates any thing then you will be fired on next day. 4. They do not have any vision to grow in IT and they are happy with sales and staffing thing were they are earning money.
