Pros

Creative autonomy: As a designer, I had the freedom to experiment and bring bold ideas to the table. The leadership encourages visual innovation, especially in brand campaigns and UI/UX collaborations. Supportive teammates: The design and marketing teams were collaborative and genuinely fun to work with. Regular feedback loops helped me grow technically and conceptually. Fast-paced environment: You get to work on multiple projects—campaigns, product design assets, social media creatives—which keeps you sharp and engaged. Flat hierarchy: Easy access to managers and stakeholders for quick reviews and clarity on creative direction.

Cons

Process inconsistencies: Sometimes, last-minute creative changes and unclear briefs slowed things down. A more structured handoff process would help reduce rework. Work-life balance: During peak campaign times, the workload can get overwhelming with tight deadlines and weekend stretch hours. Limited learning budget: As a designer, you'd benefit more from external training or tools if there were a defined upskilling program in place. 💡 Advice to Management: Consider investing in clearer project pipelines and standardized briefing formats to help the creative team work more efficiently. Introduce a design-specific learning or software stipend—it’ll help the team stay on trend and technically ahead.

Pros

You will make good friends due to the toxic environment.

Cons

The management is very toxic and they micromanage a lot. They act like it is a school. You are expected to sit on your designated seats. They keep track of how many breaks you take. You are not even allowed to sit with your coworkers, even if you are collaborating on anything, you are expected to sit alone and do your own work. You are expected to attend stand-up in person every day at 10:30 am, and if you miss it for a few days, then they call you and ask you why you are not attending the stand-up. The good reviews which you see are all fake reviews.
