Some of the best employees in the industry work here. Growth and leadership opportunities are available for those that want to progress their careers. Employee owned (100%) and ESOP provided - this is a retirement account that the company contributes with their profits. Company does well, stock goes up and your shares are worth more. Great culture with many activities outside of the office to help employees feel more engage with one another. Flexible work arrangements available but I find myself wanting to work in the office due to the great people and work environment. Just a great employer.

Wish the office was in a downtown setting with walkable restaurants and parks.

There really were some very great coworkers here. I learned quite a variety of things.

Good ole boys club. Celebrates grind culture. Limited diversity. Horrible work/life balance. Nepotism. Low pay.
