Pros

Holidays and some of the co workers

Cons

The managers are dismissive they cut your brakes and act like that they did not block you for the queue and they make you feel incompetent when you first start complaining to the managers every minute on a minute very micromanaging

Pros

The people who work here are the ONLY good thing about this "company." Even so, the positive attitudes seem almost cult-y considering there is a zero-tolerance "negative" attitude policy.

Cons

This "job" targets young adults fresh out of college in order to try and get them to sell low-quality smartphones to impoverished people in Philadelphia-which can be incredibly insulting considering you're encouraged to ask extremely personal questions like "do you receive Medicare" or "do you earn less than 50,000 a year" to people trying to buy their groceries. In the second interview, this act of open solicitation is called a "marketing event" in order to make it seem more enticing to naive job seekers (like myself at the time.) There is no explicit disclosure regarding the ONLY pay you receive working TEN HOUR days is $8 per phone you give out; after four full days of work i made less than $100 (I quit after that.) I wasn't aware it was only commission based until I sat down with another employee to do "breakevens"-where they tell you how many phones you need to sell in order to be able to afford to live. You stand outside of stores that clearly do not want you soliciting their customers, and one very pushy "marketing consultant" had me hunt people down in a Shoprite parking lot for eight hours (after getting asked to leave the Walmart parking lot shortly before.) In summary, this place is a joke and an insult to people trying to make a decent living. Heed my warning and DO NOT accept an interview invitation.
