Not always room for growth

Good benefits, company lunches, plenty of time off, the employees are great people but can be click-y, good bonus

Management is horrible. Sylvia runs the company but does not know anything about running a company and it shows. Her "leadership" style is creating fear and threatening employees. The CEO is never there but if he ask for anything, we must drop whatever we are doing to do it for him, and its often personal stuff. I question the legality of some of the things they had us do. Also the location on South Beach is horrible because of the traffic and constant flooding in the city. Do not be fooled by the glamour of working on the beach, it as a dump and a tourist trap. Also, this company is very cheap and stingy with their money and they will not buy you the equipment you need. I was lucky to work in the office, the Port Shopping Guides on the ship have it worse, no wonder those positions revolve every few months. Also they rarely hire from within, so forget about promotions. Starting pay is low.
