Pros

Great work environment, great smart and hard working people. Best cruising products and best hardware (ships). Loyalty of employees to the brands is a plus.

Cons

Not a global mindset, very US oriented. Lacks structure and compliance. every 2-3 years have very disorganized layoffs. Pay is OK, benefits are great. Career growth is very limited to the executive levels, bring talent from outside.

Pros

The people - hardworking, honest and like family. The vision of the company - groundbreaking and innovative The benefits - cruise benefits for employees & friends and family Work from home Fridays Week off in December for the holidays Little Cruisers onsite daycare

Cons

Little to no flexibility in work hours. They preach a work life balance but then send out weekly "clock in/clock out" reports to supervisors, making a big deal if you are not logging your 8 hours in the office, but then do not take into account the afterhours that are being put in at home, sometimes on vacation and while traveling for work.
