      Really great colleagues, enjoyed the outputs of the work and believed in the mission (access to creativity for all children and young people)

      Cons

      Line management ineffective and lacked clarity of focus. Hard to make progress, frustrating bottlenecks in terms of management decisions. Also little room for career progression.
