Pros
Friendly employees, flexible work hours (sometimes), (some) flexibility in where you take your career within the company, unlimited sick and personal time which is really nice. There is also a healthy variety in the work you can perform. They will always keep you busy!
Cons
Depending on the group you're in lots of overtime can be expected. But it really does depend on the group. Some groups don't push that issue much. It takes 3 years to receive a third week of vacation. Then every 5 years after that you will get just 2 more vacation days. Not cool.
