      - big focus on employee culture - reasonable management (open to feedback) - good upward mobility

      Cons

      - somewhat uninteresting software work - cronyism in some parts of the company - lots of travel (could be a pro if you're into that)

      Pros

      Free food often at the bakery. Remote work option.

      Cons

      Work life balance isn't the best. They try to work with you and it can really depend on the projects which you are on and your manager. Some are really awesome
