Horrible boss, micromanaging, swearing at employees in front of other employees, or screaming in his office,but everyone can still hear what's going on. Pay inadequate for duties. Phone calls at home on days or off to be yelled at for something. No verbal warning or written warning about performance just fired. Ethics are questionable.
