      Good package and salary large selection of hotels

      Cons

      Probation 3 to 6 months with little or no advice and on last day of 6 months or less you may not get a contract despite working your hardest , tirelessly , over and above the required hours, on days off . Loved by rest of team but senior management clique

      The most challenging things about rotana hotel is that it's all about the hotel reputation and fame which is a part different from all other hotel in maskat, omen so I can improve my skills and as well I can work much harder in which would be mote challenging for me...
