Rotageek has a fantastic culture that breeds creativity and encourages each employee to succeed alongside the business. You are valued as a person, not just paid for the hours that you do. There is a genuine passion to solve problems and create the best solution possible. The team are fantastic and really support each other - we hang out, eat and drink on a weekly basis and in doing so have formed strong connections. Everyday is a new challenge which keeps the job exciting.
Cons
Due to the nature of the business and the current size there is always a lot of work to do. The hours can be quite long and often the work can be quite demanding, but to me, it's always worth it as you're making a positive impact on our user community.
