Pros
Summer hours appear nice - but most firms offer them. So its not even a perk. They make it seem like family is a priority but that clearly is not the case.
Cons
The partners do not listen to concerns. There have different qualifications for positions depending on who you ask. They have acted in sexist ways such as promoting clearly under qualified men over more qualified women. They ask for opinions on decision making and then do the exact opposite of what is recommended. During my time their I caught them in numerous lies. They continuously contradict themselves. The partners how absolutely no management or leadership skills. In the past 4 months they have lost 5 out of the 13 staff and management. In the past 4 years they have had ~75% turnover rate.
