      Root is still a very young company. Pro: You could get in early and watch it grow.

      Cons

      Con: Because Root is so young, every position wears many hats. This could be seen as a positive (lots of experience) or a negative (so much to do with so little time.)

      Pros

      Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

      Cons

      My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
