- Despite the business ambitions, the company recently tries to focus on tech OKRs - Leadership is supportive on engineers moving to different parts of the company - A lot of opportunities to speak up and make an impact right now

- Attrition is still high after the RIF

Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

Cons

My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
