      -Great pay and benefits -Lax company culture (ymmv, it got bad before they laid everyone off) -Peers were awesome

      Cons

      -too many 'yes' people in management -company in the midst of an identity crisis. Is it a tech company or insurance? They aren't even sure

      Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

      Cons

      My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
