The majority of the staff are very nice and supportive.

The owner doesn’t know what she wants. Has intense mood swings and undiagnosed add. She forgets everything and blames everything on everyone else. The healthcare is too expensive. The ceo and the owner have a very dysfunctional relationship. There’s zero work life balance. You are expected to make the impossible possible.
