- many friendly and helpful coworkers - happy hours on Fridays - inter-studio field trips to visit and celebrate completed projects - very stable, supportive of licensure exam preparation process - fruit baskets and mooncakes during Mid Autumn festival, CNY, other cultural events - internal office events - XTC ice cream stand and ping pong tournament for World Green Day

Cons

- standard 8 - 6PM work hours + OT - standard office job (with site visits as required) - can be difficult for non - Cantonese speakers to integrate culturally (only 1 non- Asian foreigner in the entire office) - not much flexibility/ scope of work expands slowly - day to day can be repetitive and slow
