Pros

The customer service agents have always been polite on the umpteen times I have had to call them.

Cons

Do not expect a user-friendly system or knowledgable staff at Roevin. My agent hasn't managed to process one thing properly the first time, resulting in my having to escalate to the customer service line each time. I have had delayed payment three times, and I recently had a new contract sent to me which has changed my payment plan without actually knowing when I should get paid. I rarely hear from my agent anyway, but when I do he has to call me back with answers to my questions which doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

Simplified recruitment process and attention to detail in shortlisting resumes. Persistent follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers. Timely Time sheet management and Salary Administration. Very reasonable service rate for contract management . Very supportive administrative staff
