Pros

I joined ROE seeking an opportunity to apply my skills while also finding room for personal and professional growth. I'm pleased to say that my experience here has surpassed my initial expectations. What truly stands out is the exceptional team. The collaborative spirit is evident, with colleagues always ready to lend a hand and showing genuine care for one another. ROE takes pride in its diverse workforce and makes a point of recognizing employee contributions. The company's commitment to ongoing learning is impressive, exemplified by initiatives like the Thursday morning education sessions. It's clear that ROE is a progressive organization that values investing in its workforce.

Pros

Definitely a solid place to start a career. Super flexible with time off and schedules, and the monthly employee appreciation events are always a nice touch. The environment is great, upper management is helpful, and things are way more organized than they used to be. I haven’t seen favoritism—it feels pretty transparent overall.

Cons

I do not have any cons.

- Excellent work environment/company culture - Lots of employee-centric events - Managers are all friendly - Top brass still assist with everyday tasks - HR and management are readily accessible - Phenomenal employee benefits - Has meetings regularly and encourages employees to offer input to improve company culture - Fantastic work/life balance - It feels like you're working with family after a while - I can honestly say I enjoyed working with my team, and looked forward to seeing them

Cons

- My only issue was my pay. My salary wasn't bad, but it was inadequate for my position and experience.
