      Strong customer portfolio and sales, large product portfolio, great leadership, positive company direction, great culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes things move slowly internally but it does get done in the end.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
