No....no... There no pros here.

Well, you're always constantly running.. I mean rushing because they seem like they add too much to their plate. So there's no work around for anything. Way too much manual paperwork to put in. Its 2018. Add all of this crap into the QC. Also. New QC. Pay more... Or offer overtime for being out so late. Like real day cab companies do. Get better equipment. Afternoon dispatch thinks he's the boss of everything. No retirement. They want you to stay and wear yourself out. No communication. They half the time don't want to hear you. Just go to the next route. About to be low on hours? Go to the next stop. They should be quick... After an hour.
