Great place to work - Librarian Rochester Hills Public Library Employee Review

The policy, procedures, and expectations for the job are very well defined. Getting to work with the community is a bonus, the patrons are generally very nice and appreciative. No fines or fees for employees is awesome too!

Diversity is pretty low, but that's sadly expected given the area it's located in. Management hesitates to fire or punish employees for bad behavior unless it's a major issue which leads to bad employees weighing down the rest of the department.

There are many great things.
