Great people- fun location- and robots! It’s also a nice place to work at for people who like multitasking or working in various type of assignments.

Can get boring, and there is not really a way of growing professionally. The design of the store is to be put in question as well, because the customer area is just too limited. Finally, a ‘winning’ structure within which the business can strive and the employees feel helpful/innovative/etc is lacking.
