      Pros

      Great team, collaborative. Fun to work with. Everyone in the company is willing to put in the hours and hard work to get project to the finish line. It's a very bottom up company - you have the freedom to bring your ideas to the table!

      Cons

      Leadership is not diverse which is a bummer.

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
