Pros

It was a hard decision to leave my other job to join Roblox. Turned out to be a truly transformative place with smart, collaborative people to work with. Minimum bureaucracy. Managers care about people growth as well as getting s*** done. Executives visionary and approachable. Infrastructure came a long way. Huge impact made and being made. Tons of opportunities ahead.

Cons

Oftentimes too busy keeping the light on.

Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

Tech debt. Poor engineering standards. Micro managing. Nepotism in hiring. Roblox stock crashing. No focus or vision from ceo to course correct.
