Pros
Very good projects - high rise buildings and the like. Looks cool. Easy to take responsibilities in part because more senior people avoid doing so. Very good young engineers at the Graduate Level. If you are joining as a graduate it is ok because of the exposure to large projects.
Cons
Rubbish Culture. Favouritism, open sexism and racism. Promoted wrong people to the top who give bad examples. New top management has changed from competent and reasonable people to ignorant jerks that are destroying the reputation of the company with bad project delivery and rude and impolite behaviour. Some competent people resist but I don't know for how long. Good people are leaving as result and company turnover is a recruiter's dream. SAD!
