Outdated technology. Extremely lengthy process to write a handwritten sale. Clients have to wait a long time. Pay is poor. Paid on delivery. Slow season means just getting a low draw and possibly going negative. That means owing the company. If you quit or you are fired, you do not get paid for sales written after you leave. Maybe the next 30 days.
