Pros

Roadrunner's positive benefit to the community is undeniable. Wouldn't change a thing about their outreach, their great mission, and feeding all of New Mexico's hungry.

Cons

The competency of the Senior Staff is matched only by their entitlement and their outrageous unprofessionalism. The oppressive top-down approach (think: workplace 1989) to managing Roadrunner's staff, along with low pay and bare-bones benefits, makes for an unpleasant work environment.

If you are spineless and have a knack for unqualified leadership to get unwarranted promotions to President or Chief titles, this is the place for you!!

Cons

Excessive waste of non-perishable food going to local landfills and pig farms, yetCEO gets rewarded for it after first year. If you challenge the ethics and misguided agenda of certain executive leadership, you get fired immediately. Transparency is preached but not practiced. Underpaid operational staff get overlooked for salary adjustments in order for CEO to hire and promote friends into made-up positions.
