Pros
I have been working as an Account Manager at Ritchie Bros. Financial Services for the past 3 months and would strongly recommend a career here for anybody who is passionate about sales and/or finance. I feel fortunate to be surrounded by a skilled group of teammates who are knowledgeable about finance and like-minded when it comes to working hard and producing results. I am excited to wake up and start work every single day and could not happier about my decision to jump ship from my previous place of employment.
Cons
Like most sales-oriented jobs, this position is not for the faint hearted. Be prepared to work hard every single day and push your boundaries in order to hit targets and produce results. I love the autonomy that this job provides but you need to be self-disciplined and come in with a game plan to be successful.
