None that I experienced during my time with the firm.

Lack of support from managers and partners, along with a tooxic workplace culture. Expectation of consistently long working hours without appropriate recognition or incentives. Unreasonable expectations and workloads that can be difficult to sustain.

The team was supportive and approachable, with everyone willing to answer questions and guide me. Exposure to a diverse range of accounting tasks helped me connect classroom learning with real-world applications. Collaborative work environment focused on growth and professional development. Management and mentors offered constructive feedback, which was valuable for skill-building. Flexible and understanding when it came to balancing school and work.

Busy season can feel fast-paced and sometimes overwhelming as a new student. Like many accounting firms, workload can vary depending on deadlines.
