      -Great co-workers and managers -Good culture and good hours

      -Low salary, not a lot of room for improvement, low staff turnover, work can can sometime pile up due to understaffed departments

      Pros

      Initially, the company seems to be a place where you can learn a lot from your peers and senior management, until you realize that senior management is only looking out for their cronies. You have to play the political game in order to get promotional gain.

      Cons

      There are many hard working employees there that are taken for granted. Loyalty means nothing to me.
