      In an industry with big tech players. This can serve as a good route to build a network for future career advancement

      Cons

      The managing director communicated only by email. In the lead up to my maternity leave I discovered that I would be getting a new manager when I saw the job advert! Not one performance appraisal during the 8 years I worked for this company Time and attendance took priority over performance

      Pros

      Small company that cares about it's products and it's employees. Owners are very involved and take pride in what they deliver.

      Pros

      The only "pro" to this job is that it might be one notch better than having no job at all. I said it MIGHT be.

      Cons

      Owner has absolutely no regard for the people he employs. In his eyes they are liabilities that need to be tolerated. I'm all about working for a living but 20-30 hours of overtime per week is ridiculous. And then he gets pissed when you don't want to come in on Sunday so the Work/Life Balance rating would actually get negative stars if it were possible. I'm seriously suspicious of the one stellar review this company has on here.
