Pros

Job easy to understand Not too complex Hours are nice

Cons

Depending on the site: Some managers don't care Constant drama People never want to take accountability Some managers are NOT fair Some managers can be extremely petty and standoffish Can't get help from anyone in the company. If there's an issue with your manager, THEIR boss is automatically going to take their side if you go to them, so it doesn't matter what happens. Can't go to HR because they run "investigations" that don't amount to anything and no one actually gets in trouble. They don't fire people that actually NEED to be fired. They'll offer you a certain amount of pay in an interview and then low ball you with something completely different in your offer letter and EXPECT that you'll still accept the position

Pros

Creative Services team in North America is led by an absolutely stellar Brand Director, with a fantastic team that continues to smash it. The wider business and fellow employees have always been genuinely kind, and the office environment is very friendly as well.

Cons

I truly can't think of any! The team and atmosphere is great!
