Pros
You call get hours and benefits, they work with your schedule, decent pay, and it's pretty laid back. Actually it may be too laid back, that's how's laid back it is
Cons
Unfortunately with that laid back attitude not every employee does there part. And because the company pays so little I suspect that the manager puts up with less than perfect employees and gives them an unlimited amount of chances to screw up. The Rickers I worked at had a high turn over rate and for good reason. The cashier job is a two person job but my co workers always seem to be somewhere else. What's worst is they would just stare at the lines as they built up we'll pass four or five customers. It got so bad that sometimes I would leave my line to get another cashier and this was a regular occurrence. To add insult to injury I told my managers about being left up front by my self and they told me that happens.
