Pros
The people I worked with were the best part, many of them are still some of my closest friends. A great energetic and creative space, that promotes innovative thinking styles. Even when things are tough, there's always a sense of high morale, because people supported each other and you could really trust that your team and superiors had your back. Extremely transparent culture, where Pete the owner will conduct regular company wide meetings to inform everyone of pitches, new clients, and general direction of the agency.
Cons
Typical Richards Group protocols of clocking in and daily timesheets. Not enough work during certain periods, and slow upward momentum. There are a lot of people here so it can be easy to get lost in the weeds, and cliques start to form. So really set yourself apart with amazing work and attitude.
