Pros
People are amazing. They are good at hiring bright and creative talent. Flexible hours. Good stable job if you're comfortable with what you're doing.
Cons
Agreeing with another review, this place is only good to start your career otherwise you could be stuck doing the same thing for 3+ years. One manager is pretty clueless when it comes to managing their own projects. Relies on their team to figure things out themselves. Other projects get more priority from a senior manager so other projects suffer.
