RIQI employs some of the most competent, driven and easy to work with individuals that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Despite its relatively low headcount, RIQI has a track record of achieving or exceeding its goals of developing and implementing tools and services that improving the quality, efficiency, and customer experience of health care, while reducing costs.
RIQI has a dedicated and talented team that works well together in a values-driven, collaborative and, dare I say, fun environment.
There are times where the work is hard, stakes are high, and hours are long, but I have never been happier to report to work each morning.
Cons
As a non-profit, budgets and staffing can be tight, but the RIQI team works together to get the job done.
