Does not micro manage employees

A bit disorganized and tries to cut costs in the wrong places, at times.

The pay and 401k is OK and some people are nice. Management promotes from within.

Medical insurance is a high deductible and doesnt work for families. ESOP isnt a good benefit unless working there for years. The employees there forever can be snarky mean and nasty.
