Thank you for your feedback and we take it very seriously in our continuous growth journey. Yes, we did not have any leave policy as we have a flexible policy where team members can take fully paid time off (for genuine reasons) and a leave policy would have taken away this flexibility. Also we did worked 6 days a week to enable our fast track growth, especially in these difficult times. After all this is what a startup is all about - hungry for growth. We also understand that not everyone would appreciate it - which is okay. But having said this, we will take your feedback in positive sense and shall review the same for adoption.
