Revvity Greenville is a frustrating place to work. Management and HR sided with a small group of troublemakers who’ve caused problems for years, and they let go of the only manager who actually cared about the hourly workers.
Now the place is a mess. I went from hardly any overtime to working 50–58 hours a week for months. The building is falling apart, morale is terrible, and the same group sits in their office laughing while nothing gets fixed.
Corporate sends people in every couple of weeks who don’t understand what’s really going on. It’s clear this place is going downhill fast. I decided to leave and take a job that treats people better — even if it meant less pay.
