Pros

When working for Revolut you are in the top of the fintech development, it really pushes you to achieve 110% and deliver your best. Even though it is a consolidated company, it keeps it's start up vibes and good energy. Most of the people are very young and smart so you can really learn much from everybody

Cons

If you do not perform well under a bit of pressure, or like to keep things super chill and relax, then an operations manager role at Revolut might not be your place. Here people are always expecting the best of everybody, and to always deliver great products.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
