Engineering culture is actually good. You’ll work with some of the smartest people in the industry. The tech stack is modern. No legacy nightmares, everything moves fast. Remote work. They are pretty flexible with where you work from. Career growth. If you grind, you’ll get promoted faster than anywhere else.
Cons
Work-life balance is non-existent. Expect long hours and pings on weekends. Extremely high pressure. KPIs are aggressive and management can be blunt. Chaos. Processes change every week because the company grows too fast. Burnout risk. People leave often because they just get tired of the pace.
