Pros

None for me Just Ergonomic budget

Cons

I worked at Revolut as a Complaint Analyst. The company provided one month of training and then expected 100% accuracy immediately after nesting. While I consistently met my KPI targets, there was a very slight gap in quality scores. Unfortunately, despite meeting performance metrics overall, I was terminated without prior notice or a formal performance improvement plan. I simply logged in one day and was informed on a call with my manager and HR that my employment was being ended. The experience felt abrupt and lacked transparency or constructive feedback. I believe employees would benefit from clearer communication, structured performance support, and fair opportunities to improve before such decisions are made. The abrupt nature of the decision was deeply distressing, both professionally and personally. As someone who carries significant financial responsibility for my family, the lack of warning or structured improvement support made the situation even more difficult to process. I believe employees would benefit from clearer communication, transparent evaluation criteria, and a formal improvement plan before termination decisions are made. A supportive performance management process would make a significant difference.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
