Pros

Metal card plan Remote Nothing else to be honest

Cons

If you come from any sort of a sophisticated sales background this place will feel like a joke to you. Basically do 3 jobs in one and don’t get paid for it. Glorified SDR position with the amount of outbound you have to do, no leads given to you. Pay for an “account executive” is way under the average Compliance heavy and it’s a pain in the backside to be honest Ridiculous targets Sign up 30 businesses but if they don’t use the account in certain ways you’ll make next to no commission off it Basically have to argue with other AEs to transfer accounts to you when they don’t have success The only high performers are either here years or they got blessed with a decent account

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
