Pros

The vision of the company is clear and the products are very customer-centric. The company is established in a very interesting sector with many challenges to solve at big scale. The engineering department is a small team of talented and friendly peers. There are no big egos nor rock stars, just good professionals doing their best for the products of the company. Because the size of the team, you end up working on all the layers of the products and everyone's work has a big impact overall. Also, the stack used is cutting edge and ever evolving, which is rare given the size of the team.

Cons

The company lacks some fancy perks offered by others (e.g. restaurant and transport tickets), but it compensates this fact by offering fair salaries. Another point is the office. Although it is ok overall and has good location, it should be way nicer considering that it is for a successful company a not a startup (actually many startups have stunning offices, but that's another story!)

Pros

I work in sales at ReviewPro, and have for a while. For a salesperson, this is one of the most interesting companies to work for. The company is very product and technology focused, which provides an advantage compared to other solutions in the market. Review data is being quickly adopted across the hospitality and travel industries, which provides many unique selling angles. In my experience, sales and customer service/success is a priority from the entry level to the CEO, which makes forming and continuing partnerships positive for all involved.

Cons

ReviewPro has grown very quickly, especially over the past 3 years, and there are always some growing pains associated with that. But management seems to have increasingly invested in training and processes to scale into the global enterprise we now are, and I anticipate this will be less of a problem in the future.
