      Pros

      Most employees are remote, but there's no shortage of camaraderie amongst the teams. I feel connected to others even without being face to face. I like the freedom I have working for Revelstoke. I know I am valued as a person first.

      Cons

      Fast pace. We're moving quickly, so it seems at times little things could fall behind.
